Six lecturers in Ekiti State University,
Ado Ekiti have been dismissed by the
university’s governing council.
Three of them were dismissed over
allegations of plagiarism,
manipulation of examination scores
and their failure to serve the
institution after getting sponsorships
abroad.
The dismissal of the other three was
based on allegations of gross
academic misconduct, sexual
harassment and falsification of
employment records.
The identities of the lecturers in the
list of shame was however not
disclosed by the governing council.
the university’s Deputy Registrar
released the statement of their
dismissal.
