Two out of the trio that make up
Ghanaian girl group, D3 are set to
venture out on separate solo careers.
Speaking on GHone Entertainment
Television, CEO of Lynx Entertainment,
Richie Mensah explained that the
group’s newest member is currently
abroad furthering her education which
has put the group’s activities on hold.
D3 original founding members, Esbee
and MzVee, have therefore begun work
on their solo projects.
MzVee recently released a video for
her Vybz Kartel’s ‘Summertime’ cover,
titled ‘Harmattan’, as well as featuring
on the epic ‘I Am The One’ video with
label boss Richie.
Esbee is presently in the studio cooking
up her first solo single.
It was also stated in the interview that
in the case where all three members
are available, the energetic D3 may
stage a comeback as a group.
